We hope that you are happy with your experience with us. Our products go through a rigorous inspection before shipping to ensure the order arrives in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on our high-quality products so we guarantee to replace items free of charge if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with any defects. Buyers will need to cover shipping of sending the item back to us and we will cover the shipping or the replaced item. We do not ship out any products that are less than perfect!

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thoughtsaccessories.com.

Thoughts Accessories reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Condition.

We do not provide refunds.

SHIPPING COSTS

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item while Thoughts Accessories will cover the shipping costs of the new item to the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
